Each pair undergoes a rigorous inspection process. We categorize items into 'Excellent' (minimal to no signs of wear) or 'Very Good' (minor cosmetic imperfections). Any functional defects are rejected to ensure performance remains intact.

What is the return policy for ReRun items?

To support the sustainability of the resale model, all ReRun purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the sizing guides and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

How long does shipping take for resale orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that ReRun orders are fulfilled separately from our main retail site and may arrive in different packaging to minimize environmental impact.

Can I use Allbirds gift cards or store credit on ReRun?

Currently, Allbirds ReRun operates on a separate checkout system. Retail gift cards, store credits, and promotional codes from Allbirds.com are not applicable toward ReRun purchases.
